Mustang Madness!
Mustang Madness is coming! Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 17th from 7:00pm – 9:00pm in the high school gymnasium. YLHS Dance Company will be performing twice – all dancers should be at the school ready to warm up at 5:00pm. For parents and family members, tickets will be on sale soon – $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for YLHS students and children. Check the YLHS Basketball website for details.

First rally performances this Friday!
Our first performances of the season will be at the Homecoming Rally this Friday, October 19th! Parents are welcome to attend. Assembly A is at 8:44am and Assembly B is at 9:40am. See you there!
Team lunch October 13th

Physicals due!
A reminder for all Dance Company members! As part of the school’s clearance process, a valid physical is required prior to participate in Dance Company events. If you didn’t already turned in your PYLUSD pre-participation physical form (on or before October 19th), it will need to be filled out as soon as possible – you’ll find the form located here. For more information, please contact the school office or Miss Maes.
No zero period first day of school
Hi, girls! Just wanted to let you know there is NO zero period on the first day of school (Tuesday, September 4th). We’ll see you at zero period the following day (Wednesday, the 5th). You won’t have to dress up for Wednesday’s zero period, but be sure to bring your payment for sweats – $240 for everything (including bag) or $175 (without bag). Please make checks payable to YLHS Dance Company. See you on Wednesday!
Summer update!
** Updated 8/29/12 ** We hope all of you are having a wonderful summer! Here are just a few reminders as you enjoy your vacation and time away from school:
- Practices – there are no practices scheduled over the summer break.
- Sweats – $240 for everything (including bag) or $175 (without bag). Payment is due at zero period on the second day of school (Wednesday, September 5th). Please make checks payable to YLHS Dance Company.
